This compact converting machine produces winged sanitary pads and feminine hygiene pads from multiple roll-fed layers. Buyers may also search for a sanitary napkin making machine, feminine pad production machine, menstrual pad making machine or winged sanitary pad converting machine.
Six independently adjustable unwind stations feed the specified material layers. The machine uses ultrasonic bonding and a dedicated contour-cutting die, and can apply back adhesive and release paper. Automatic counting stops production when the preset quantity is reached. Finished shape, dimensions, layer construction and tooling are customized from an approved sample or drawing.
Multi-roll unwinding → web tension adjustment and alignment → layer combining → optional insert placement → ultrasonic bonding → back-adhesive and release-paper application → contour die cutting → counting and discharge.
Process boundary: the machine combines, bonds and cuts prepared roll materials into the shown pad format. Raw-material preparation, fluff-pulp/SAP core forming, individual pouch wrapping, sterilization and case packing are not included unless separately engineered. Material suitability, absorbency, skin-contact requirements and regulatory compliance must be validated by the buyer; no medical grade or certification is claimed here.
