Process Boundary
This machine heat-seals and die-cuts compatible thermoplastic film into disposable film gloves and removes the surrounding edge scrap. It is not a latex, nitrile or PVC dipping line and does not compound glove resin or extrude the film. Film blowing, printing, embossing when not included, automatic stacking, counting, bag packing, inspection and sterilization require separate confirmed equipment.
PE, CPE and EVA references are subject to film-sample testing. Weld strength, dimensions and intended-use compliance remain the buyer’s validation responsibility.
