Automatic Tie-Back Nonwoven Surgical Cap Making Machine

This automatic machine produces shaped nonwoven surgical caps with two rear fastening ties. International buyer terms include tie-back surgical cap making machine, tie-on surgeon cap machine, nonwoven doctor cap production line and disposable scrub cap machine.

The line folds and forms the supplied nonwoven, creates the tie-back cap structure and joins the seams by ultrasonic welding under PLC control. Tooling is selected for the buyer’s cap dimensions and tie design.
