This high-speed converting line produces disposable dental bibs, dental patient towels and absorbent bib napkins from roll-fed materials. Common international sourcing terms include dental bib machine, dental patient towel making machine, disposable dental napkin machine and paper-poly dental bib production line.
The system automatically feeds the specified material webs, combines or bonds the layers, forms the required surface pattern, cuts the product to length and discharges/counts finished pieces. PLC control coordinates the process, and the production speed can be adjusted for the selected product specification.
Roll loading → web feeding and alignment → layer combining/bonding → embossing or pattern forming → fixed-length cutting → counting and discharge.
Process boundary: this equipment converts and cuts the bib material. Individual pouch packaging, sterilization and case packing are not included unless separately specified. The exact web materials, layer structure, absorbency, liquid-barrier performance and finished dimensions must be validated from the buyer’s sample; this page does not claim a particular medical grade or certification.
