Process Boundary
This machine forms, fills and heat-seals compatible nonwoven inner pouches using prepared filling material. It does not formulate or mix the heat-generating composition, validate heat output or shelf life, or manufacture the nonwoven material. Filling preparation, metal detection, checkweighing and product-performance testing are separate processes.
An airtight outer barrier pouch is normally required to limit premature air exposure. Outer-pouch packaging, date coding, inspection, cartoning and case packing require separate confirmed equipment unless specifically included.
