The Automatic Single-Color Modeling Clay Extrusion & Packaging Machine integrates clay feeding, servo extrusion, forming, portion cutting, film wrapping and date coding. It is designed for individually wrapped modeling clay, lightweight clay or plasticine portions. Customized multi-color lines are available only after the required color count and product format are confirmed.

The source table contains two different film-width entries. Final film width, output and portion accuracy must be confirmed from the clay formulation, target weight, extrusion shape and packaging film.

Process Boundary
This line extrudes, portions and flow-wraps prepared, compatible single-color modeling clay. It does not mix raw ingredients, formulate or color the clay, remove air, cure or dry the product. Multi-color feeding, product stacking, inspection, cartoning and case packing require separate confirmed modules.
Extrusion stability, portion accuracy and seal quality must be tested with the actual clay formulation, operating temperature and packaging film.
