The Automatic 12-Lane 40-120 Sheet Wet Wipes Production Line is designed for high-volume production of multi-sheet wet wipes packs. The 12-lane converting section feeds, folds, wets and cuts nonwoven material before transferring counted stacks for bag forming and packaging. It is suitable for baby wipes, household cleaning wipes and personal-care wet wipes in 40-120 sheet pack formats.

Wipe output and finished pack speed are different production measurements. Final capacity depends on sheet count, wipe dimensions, nonwoven basis weight, liquid dose and packaging specification.
