The SL-450 Three-Servo Air-Exhaust Flow Wrapping Machine is a horizontal flow wrapper for bulky or compressible products that need excess air pressed from the bag before final sealing. Process Boundary
This machine mechanically presses excess air from a compatible compressible product, forms a pillow-style flow pack and completes the longitudinal and end seals. It does not create a controlled vacuum, gas-flush atmosphere or verified residual-oxygen level, and it is not a substitute for chamber vacuum packaging. It also does not manufacture or inspect the packed product.
Automatic loading, compression tooling, leak testing, checkweighing, labeling, cartoning and case packing require separate confirmed equipment or options.
