Process Boundary

This machine converts compatible roll materials into the shaped eye-mask body and welds the ear loops. It does not formulate or fill the self-heating mixture, manufacture the heating insert, place the insert unless a confirmed feeding module is supplied, or package the finished mask in an airtight outer pouch. It also does not sterilize the product or validate heating temperature, duration, shelf life or regulatory compliance.

Heating-pack production, insert feeding, outer four-side-seal packaging, leak testing, inspection, cartoning and case packing require separate confirmed equipment and product validation.
