Process Boundary

This machine erects and loads compatible pre-made folding cartons, then closes them using the confirmed tuck-in or glue configuration. It does not manufacture cartons or the packed product. Product feeding, leaflet insertion, coding, inspection, labeling, case packing and palletizing require the corresponding confirmed modules.

Machine Selection

The correct solution depends on whether products are loaded horizontally or vertically, how cartons are erected, whether leaflets or inserts are required, and whether cartons use tuck-in flaps, glue or another closing method. Upstream feeding and downstream coding, inspection or case packing can also affect the line design.
