The number of finished packs per cycle depends on the mold cavity layout. Filling accuracy and compatibility must be confirmed using the actual product viscosity, temperature, fill weight and packaging material.

Process Boundary
This machine forms the confirmed packaging material, meters a compatible product, heat-seals the pack and cuts the finished unit doses. It does not prepare, mix, heat, pasteurize or sterilize honey or other products. Product holding tanks, transfer pumps, clean-in-place systems, date coding, inspection and secondary cartoning are separate unless included in the confirmed specification.
Food-contact parts, filling accuracy and seal performance must be confirmed from the actual formulation, viscosity, filling temperature, dose and packaging-material samples.
